BWEF HOSTS RECORD-BREAKING FUNDRAISER AT RAISING CANE’ S
This fall, the Baldwin-Whitehall Educational Foundation hosted a fundraiser at Raising Cane’ s to support education in our community. The national average for a Raising Cane’ s fundraiser is $ 250 per event and the largest amount garnered at the Pleasant Hills location to-date was $ 426. However the BWEF fundraiser generated an incredible $ 1,100— over four times the national average and nearly tripling the previous high at the same location!
This is all thanks to the incredible support from the Baldwin-Whitehall community. The chain’ s manager of area marketing said:“ On top of the great results, I heard how wonderful your organization was to work with. I would love to connect on how Raising Cane’ s can further support you. We truly value partners like you in our community!”
BWEF President Erik Arroyo shared,“ What a fun night! A very special thank you to our BWSD Team who worked the drive-thru window and front counter, served food, bussed tables, and made the evening extra special.”
