available for use from 8 am to 11 pm throughout the year to
residents, non-residents, and non-profit organizations for private functions. This uniquely designed
facility features a 57’ x 37’ ball room with a cathedral ceiling and a crowd capacity of 100. Amenities
include a stage for your entertainment needs and a fenced in deck overlooking Brentwood Pool. The
rental includes the use of 24 six ft. rectangular tables, 4 five ft. round tables and 100 folding chairs. Also
available is a large kitchen which sports a double door commercial refrigerator, an ice machine, two
stainless steel sinks, stove with two ovens, a microwave and stainless steel work table. An alcohol
permit may be acquired and includes the use of the bar. The Civic Center is easily configurable to host a
wide range of events such as meetings, community classes, craft fairs, chili cook-offs and more. The Civic
Center is ideal for Showers, Anniversary, Birthday, Graduation, and Retirement Parties.
