Pennsylvania’ s new Paul Miller Law makes it illegal to use a handheld cell phone while driving, including texting, scrolling, or holding a phone during a call. Hands-free calling remains permitted.
Named in memory of Paul Miller, who was killed in a distracted driving crash in 2010, the law aims to improve roadway safety. Brentwood Police remind drivers to stay focused, keep their hands on the wheel, and help keep local roads safe.
