America!
Elroy Elementary in the Brentwood School
District made every effort to make this year’s
“Read Across America Day” very special.
Guest readers of many hats came to read
to the students at Elroy Elementary school.
Superintendent Dr. Burch, Dr. Dufalla, (former
superintendent), school board members,
librarians, retired teachers, and Pitt athletes
all came to read their favorite Dr. Seuss book
to Elroy’s young learners. This year’s “Read
Across America Day” is one of many community
connections that have been vital to the academic
success at Elroy Elementary.
