2024 ROADWAY PAVING PROGRAM TO BEGIN SOON
Brentwood residents rely on the Borough to provide safe and stable roadways . By continuing to upgrade our infrastructure , we are planning to keep it that way . The Borough budgets over $ 500,000 annually for roadway improvements . WHERE : We will be milling and paving the following :
• Bellanca Ave .— Owendale Ave . to Kestner Ave .
• E . Brentridge Ave .— Brownsville Rd . to Dale-wood St .
• Elroy St .— Glendale Ave . to Brentwood Ave .
• Kaplan Ave .— Leola Ave . to Greenlee Rd .
• Kestner Ave .— Bellanca Ave . to Laveton Ave .
• Allaire Way — Spangler Ave . to Clearmont Way
ACCESSIBILITY : Sections of the street where construction is taking place may be closed during work hours . Motorists should use caution and obey traffic signs . Residents will have access to their driveways at the end of each day .
SITE MAINTENANCE : The project site will be maintained and cleaned each day . Staging areas in Brentwood are limited and the contractor may need to store their equipment and materials on the street .
RESTORATION : Although not expected , private property may be impacted . The contractor will ensure that any disturbed areas are restored to preconstruction conditions .
PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY AROUND WORK ZONES .
