I have a great lender, Jim Sarver at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, who I’ve worked with my entire career. He is able to answer every question people may have about their loan paperwork, and the process in general, and he’s always there when I need to put an offer in on a house for my clients.” She also has a very resourceful, highly knowledgeable manager, Milo Hindman, who is there to assist and give insight in any and all aspects of a tough deal. Because of her dedication to her clients, Fonzi was part of Coldwell Banker’s Winners Circle for top sales and listings.
