“I’ve helped clients buy and sell all over. I learn new areas quickly for
my clients and recently sold a home in Hookstown, which is about
an hour away,” she said. “But I’ve lived here in the South Hills for 38
years. I know this area inside and out and the South Hills is what I
specialize in, however I will go to any and all areas for my clients.”
Fonzi noted that in addition to local knowledge, she’s a natural
people person, with above-par negotiating skills. She’s constantly
trying to be on the cutting edge of new technologies in the real
estate business to help get her clients’ homes in front of more
people, and she has a network of Realtors and contractors who can
help her in virtually any situation that may arise with clients.
“For me, it’s a two-way street. Marketing a home is the top
priority for my sellers, and having the network in place to see
what’s on the market before it’s listed is highly advantageous for
my buyers,” Fonzi explained. “I talk to Realtors from all different
companies all the time, so I know when a new home is about
to come on the market, and any listing I have is broadcast to
Realtors in addition to social media and
traditional real estate sites.”

every problem—whether clients need
plumbers, home inspectors, electricians,
mold remediation specialists or pest
professionals—Fonzi finds that having
a good relationship with various
professionals is highly advantageous to
her clients, especially the first-time home
buyers.
“I’ve always been patient with people,
and first-time homebuyers are naturally
intimidated by the process of buying
a home and signing off on the largest
investment they may ever make,” she
said. “I do as much for them as I can, step
by step, to make the process as simple as possible. I have a great lender,
Jim Sarver at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, who I’ve worked with my entire
career. He is able to answer every question people may have about
their loan paperwork, and the process in general, and he’s always there
when I need to put an offer in on a house for my clients.” She also has a
very resourceful, highly knowledgeable manager, Milo Hindman, who is
there to assist and give insight in any and all aspects of a tough deal.
Because of her dedication to her clients, Fonzi was part of
Coldwell Banker’s Winners Circle for top sales and listings. Gina
also received Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society
award, which is awarded to the top 17% of all sales associates
worldwide! She’s also in the top 100 of Coldwell Banker’s agents
companywide.
Fonzi participates with Coldwell Banker’s Make-A-Wish
Foundation programs as well as the Homes for Dogs Project.
She says giving back has always been a priority for her because
her clients are the reason she’s able to raise her family, which is
her greatest gift.
“When people list or buy a home with me, they’re not only
giving me an opportunity to prove myself to them and grow
my business, they’re also giving me a means to provide for my
daughter,” she said. “That’s why the relationships I have with my
clients are so important to me. I want every client who works
with me to feel they are my top priority.”
