For 103 years, the Pittsburgh Alumnae
Panhellenic has been awarding annual
scholarships to collegiate women in the
Pittsburgh area. To support this effort, PAP
will be hosting its annual Scholarship Benefit
Luncheon. This year’s theme is “Sisterhood
Over the Rainbow” to commemorate
the 80th anniversary of the 1939 classic,
“The Wizard of Oz.” Visit the website for

Come enjoy a potluck dinner at the
library! Enjoy a meal in good company and
get some new ideas to try at home. Bring
a dish that relates to the monthly theme,
along with a few copies of the recipe to share.
The theme is Meatless Menu. The library
will provide beverages, plates and cutlery.
Please register, and provide food selection so
organizers can better prepare for the event.

because this Pittsburgh-themed night is
going DAHN! Get in the yinzer spirit with
foods inspired by our ethnic, blue-collar
history including pierogies, chipped ham,
and kielbasa and sauerkraut. Grab an Iron
or a glass of wine and buy a few tickets for
the raffle baskets as you roam through the
revered stacks of the library. What’s a yinzer
event without a cookie table? There is a
Pittsburgh Cookie Table contest where you
can vote on your favorite cookie table entry.
