Jim Brewster will be bringing the services of state government directly to Brentwood and Baldwin via his very successful Satellite Office Hours program. Sen. Brewster’s staff will be on-hand to provide information about programs and services, assist in completing applications for reduced prescriptions for seniors, birth and death certificates, bus services and property tax and rent rebates. In addition, citizens can visit the office hours to discuss problems and issues that involve state government. “Our Satellite Office Hours are an excellent way of directly delivering personal assistance,” Brewster said. “The goal is to reach out to those in need, improve convenience and increase access to state government.” “My hope is that citizens in Brentwood and Baldwin will visit my Satellite Office Hours and meet with my staff to explore how we can help resolve problems.” Brewster has hosted Satellite Office Hours in municipalities throughout his district.
