Recently the Brentwood Athletic Association, with the agreement and support of the Brentwood Soccer Association, announced the
addition of Soccer to the BAA line-up of youth sports. In doing so the Brentwood Athletic Association has appointed two Brentwood Soccer
Association board members to the BAA board.
The Brentwood Athletic Association also announced the addition of Youth Dek Hockey, and a Summer Basketball Program. The BAA now
offers Baseball, Travel Baseball, Slow Pitch Softball, Fast Pitch Softball, Co-ed Instructional T-Ball, Soccer, Travel Soccer, Dek Hockey, Summer
Basketball and of course tournament play in most categories.
Offering a wide array of sports provides a more in depth sports experience, counters the negative mind set of “one sport vs another
sport”, and strengthens the future of Brentwood Community Sports.
Having the majority of the sports under one umbrella provides an increased opportunity to schedule sports on different days and/or
times allowing each participant an opportunity to play a variety of sports.
The BAA will continue to provide a positive atmosphere for training and player development, while teaching good sportsmanship, and
building character and self-esteem.
