Baldwin Summer Enrichment Camp was held in July and was a huge success . Sixty Baldwin children enjoyed field trips , education , crafts , outdoor activities and lots of fun ! The camp became a reality thanks to the tireless efforts of the following people / groups : Baldwin Whitehall School District , BWSD Director of Instruction & Learning , Dr . Kara Eckert , Baldwin resident , Dr . Lisa Abel-Palmieri , Jim Guffey of South Hills Interfaith Movement ( SHIM ), Camp Supervisor , Asha McMillian , teachers and staff , Councilwoman Denise Maiden and Baldwin Borough Administrative staff . This camp was 100 % funded by grants making the camp free for attendees . Planning for next year has already begun .
