Residents and visitors will soon have two additional options to pay for parking in the Borough . The Meter Feeder app will soon have some company as Brentwood will be adding ParkMobile and PayByPhone apps to their parking arsenal . All these apps provide a quick and easy way for users to make contactless payments without having to worry about parking meters or high-touch surface areas .

If you still love the sound of clinking quarters or your old flip phone , no worries , you will still be able to use quarters or credit cards at one of the new parking kiosks as the Borough slowly rolls out this program . Due to the increasing unavailability of parts to maintain the existing parking meters , Brentwood is undertaking a five-year plan to eliminate all parking meters throughout the Borough and replace them with parking kiosks we have seen . Who knows , by the time the meters are completely replaced you may be ready to get of your flip phone to a smartphone and try one of these apps .
