REBUILDING BRENTWOOD FOR THE FUTURE ! “ TEMPORARY INCONVENIENCE – PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT ”
Here is the list of projects that Brentwood Borough will complete in the year of 2022 .
2022 Capital improvements projects include :
1 . 2022 Road Resurfacing Program ( please be advised that it may take up to 3 months to complete this project ). This project began in July . The approved list of roads for paving and road rehabilitation this year include the following :
• Sceneridge Ave . from Brownsville Rd . to Kaufman Ave .
• Kaufmann Ave . from Sceneridge Ave . to Bracken Ave .
• Shadewell Ave . from Marylea Ave . to End
• Marylea Ave . from Brownsville Rd . to Rt 51
• Hillson Ave . from Brownsville Rd . to Pary St .
2 . Year 6 of the Borough ’ s Sidewalk Cost Sharing Improvement Project had the following areas eligible for this program :
• Hillson Ave .
• Marylea Ave .
• Shadewell Ave .
3 . 2022 ARPA Storm water runoff , collection and conveying sump pump discharges , and the installation of new underground storm water systems . This project will include the following :
• The installation of new underground system on Dalewood Ave , Shadewell Ave , Pointview Ave , and Marylea Ave .
• Replacing storm water catch basins on Brightside Ave ., Conson Ave ., Glendale Ave ., Grayson Ave ., and Marylea Ave . cKeesport rentwood

4 . 2022 Stadium ADA Restrooms and Calming Shelter
This project will include the construction of a permanent ADA restroom facilities with a storm / calming area to provide the public with a safe space in the event of adverse weather . Estimated construction end is October 28 , 2022
The Borough continues to invest in , prepare for its future , and learn and grow from taking on these major projects . We also do a majority of the engineering and project management in-house to stretch those dollars to include as many projects as we can .
