These changes were made to streamline the district’s portals in which students access daily. The system that the district will use for a Single Sign-On solution is called Clever. The students will login to a designated district website for Clever, and a list of apps that their teachers use for classes will appear on the dashboard. The students will then be able to click on each icon and be asked to login using credentials that the district has set-up for them. This will be for the first-time students’ login to the app only. Each time after, the students will be able to click on the app and already be logged in. With these changes made over the summer, it should create more ease of use for students and teachers to use district web portals.
