“ We do so many fillets and rib roasts for Christmas , all cut to order . And for New Years , our pork roasts and our own fresh kielbasa and fresh hot and sweet sausages are huge sellers for us ,” Provident said . “ But we can order pretty much anything for any table from capons to duck .”
