Get ready to make a splash this summer as the Municipality of Bethel Park unveils its highly anticipated $ 3.5 million Splash Park , located on Park Avenue , adjacent to the Bethel Park Community Center . The project , which has been in the pipeline for four years , began in April 2023 , and is almost ready to welcome visitors and usher in a new era of aquatic fun .
The Splash Park is a significant milestone in Bethel Park ’ s strategic plan to revamp its recreational infrastructure . With a focus on enhancing each park ’ s appeal , the municipality has spared no effort in ensuring that the Splash Park becomes a standout attraction — not just for locals but also for neighboring communities .
Designed to cater to visitors of all ages and abilities , the Splash Park has two distinct areas . For little ones , there ’ s a designated section featuring a gentle river component , perfect for floating toys and ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for the youngest visitors . Meanwhile , a larger area awaits individuals of all ages , equipped with an array of interactive spray toys and unique features guaranteed to delight and cool off visitors on hot summer days .
