Day Camp 2022
8 Weekly Sessions June 13 , 2022 – August 5 , 2022 Ages : 6yrs to 10yrs The Recreation Summer Day Camp Program , for children ages 6-10 , will provide FUN experiences to spice up your child ’ s summer ! Day Camp is divided into weeklong sessions with activities developed around a different central theme each week .
The all-day program is from 9 a . m . to 3:30 p . m . The morning only session is from 9 a . m to noon . The afternoon session is from 12:30 to 3:30 p . m . For working parents we offer an optional early drop-off of 7 a . m . and an optional late pick-up time of no later than 6 p . m . You have the choice of attending morning only , afternoon only , or all day .
We ’ re excited to be bringing back a number of returning counselors who will be providing many activities in the areas of arts , crafts , sports , combined camp activities , and weekly field trips .

MIGHTY KICKS SOCCER CAMP
Ages : 6-12 Monday – Friday *, June 6 – 10 , 9 a . m .– 3:30 p . m . *( Friday camp hours 9 a . m .– noon ) Fee : $ 145 resident / $ 155 non-res Coach Sam and team enthusiastically teach dribbling , ball handling , passing through daily games , contests and compete with peers in game type situation .
ART CAMPS
NATURE ’ S JOURNALING & FIELD SKETCHING WITH COLOR
Ages : 6 and up Monday – Thursday , June 13-16 , 1:30 – 3:30 p . m . Fee : $ 85 . resident / $ 90 non-res + $ 10 Material fee due @ 1st day Four day art camp filled with exploring nature , journaling , sketching and using a variety of materials such as watercolors , pencils , water , brushes and more .
VOLLEYBALL CAMP
Grades : 5-8 ( in fall ) Monday - Wednesday , June 13 – 15 , 6 – 8 p . m . Fee : $ 60.00 resident / $ 65 non-res Directed by BPHS head girls volleyball coach , this will focus on fundamentals and age specific skill development for boys and girls . Passing , setting , serving , hitting , defense and footwork will be covered .
POP ’ N POLLINATOR ! CREATING WITH ART
Ages : 4 – 8 Tuesday – Friday , July 5-8 , 1:30 – 3:30 p . m . Ages : 6 and up Monday – Thursday , July 18 – 21 , 1:30 – 3:30 p . m . Fee : $ 85 . resident / $ 90 non-res + $ 10 Material fee due @ camp start Four day camp with campers drawing insects , birds , and mammals . They ’ ll sketch outside and play games to paint , while also learning about Pop Artists . Campers use a variety of materials such as markers , pastels , colored pencils , model magic and take home a finished piece of artwork every day .
YUCKOLOGY !
Ages : 5 – 12 Monday – Friday , June 20 – 24 , 9:15 a . m .– 12:15 p . m . Fee : $ 135 resident / $ 145 non-res Yuckology is a week learning about gross bodily functions . Learn all about burping , boogers , gas , saliva , germs and investigate brains , cells , hearts , organs and blood .
FIZZ , BOOM , BANG !
Ages : 5 – 12 Monday – Friday , June 25 – June 29 , 9:15 a . m .– 12:15 p . m . Fee : $ 135 resident / $ 145 non-res Shake up a flask of fun in the lab as a junior chemist . A hands-on and interactive program of chemistry for campers that ’ s packed solid with cool reactions !
JUMP BUNCH OLYMPIC CAMP
Ages : 4-6 Monday – Friday , June 27 – July 1 , 1 – 3:30 p . m . Fee : $ 150 resident /$ 160 non-res Campers will play Olympic games including field hockey , basketball , badminton , golf , tennis and handball . A variety of STEAM activities will also be included . Campers should bring snack , water and sunscreen .
SNAPOLOGY CAMPS
Ages : 5-14 Monday – Friday Options for morning only , afternoon only or full day camp available . Campers will learn and build with Lego and bring different worlds , characters to life ! Planes , Trains & Autos June 6 - 10 , 9 a . m .– noon Fee : $ 115 resident /$ 125 non-res Amazing Race June 6 - 10 , 1 – 4 p . m . Fee : $ 115 resident /$ 125 non-res ALL DAY June 6 - 10 , 9 a . m .– 4 p . m . Fee : $ 220 resident /$ 240 non-res All Day camp combines Planes , Trains & Autos , and Amazing Race . Kids bring lunch / drink to eat between camps .

ECO EXPLORERS
Earth & Sky Lab Camp Ages : 6-12 Monday – Friday , August 8 - 12 , 9 a . m .– noon Fee : $ 140 resident /$ 150 non-res Campers will be exploring the science of this world and beyond ! Expect loads of experiments related to rocks , minerals , plants , animals , oceans , deserts , rainforests and more ! They will dive in to the science of Mars and what it would be like to be an astronaut .
