Bethel residents are so fortunate to have this one-of-a-kind gym right in their community . The gym opened in April 2018 and has been thriving ever since . Now in its fourth year , owner Abby McCormick acknowledges , “ My team and I are grateful to serve the residents of the community I grew up in .”
Abby is a Bethel Park native . Exercise , sports & fitness have always been a part of her life . She grew up playing tennis almost every day in Upper Saint Clair and eventually went on to play 4 years of Varsity Tennis at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she studied Exercise Science & Fine Arts .
