KIDDIE ACADEMY OF BETHEL PARK
At Kiddie Academy of Bethel Park, the team believes that all children deserve a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where they can learn, grow and thrive. Its beautiful facility inside the AHN Cool Springs Sports Complex was thoughtfully designed to support children’ s learning and development.
The Kiddie Academy’ s Life Essentials ® curriculum helps children build character, confidence, curiosity, critical thinking, creativity and meaningful connections— all while making learning fun.
There is full-time and part-time childcare for children ages 6 weeks through pre-K, with hours from 7:30 a. m. to 5:30 p. m. The center also provides beforeand after-school care for Bethel Park School District students in kindergarten through age 12. To support busy families, it offers a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks each day, and a family communication app to keep parents connected— with updates, photos and daily reports.
Creating a safe environment is one of Kiddie Academy’ s highest priorities. The facility features secure keypad entry for authorized individuals and alarmed exits. Parents also have access to live cameras for their child’ s classroom and playground. Families can feel confident knowing their children are learning and playing in a safe, supportive setting.
Learning extends well beyond the classroom. Children enjoy a variety of enriching extracurricular activities, including Soccer Shots, Jump Bunch, miniature golf, and other engaging programs.
Local community members are often invited to share their professions and experiences, giving children meaningful opportunities to learn from individuals within the community.
Kiddie Academy also regularly welcomes special visitors like police officers, firefighters, librarians, staff from the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium, and members of the Pittsburgh Steelers— just to name a few.
Throughout the year, there are family events that strengthen connections within the center and celebrate the surrounding community.
Leading Kiddie Academy is Brandi Rybicki, who earned both her Bachelor of Science in psychology and her Master of Arts in teaching from the University of Pittsburgh. Rybicki has dedicated over a decade to early childhood education in the community and has proudly served as director of Kiddie Academy of Bethel Park since the summer of 2024.
