‘ JOY OF CHRISTMAS’ CRAFT SHOW
Get a head start on your holiday shopping at the Joy of Christmas Craft Show on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 9 a. m. to 3:30 p. m. at Louise de Marillac School and LeGras Parish Center in Upper St. Clair.
The annual event features more than 100 artists and crafters offering unique handmade gifts and seasonal decor, along with a bake sale, crafts raffle, 50 / 50 raffle, and lunch and snacks available for purchase.
Admission is $ 2 and includes a complimentary crafts raffle ticket. The show is a festive way to support local artisans and kick off the holiday season.
HOLIDAY-A-FAIR AT BETHEL PRESBYTERIAN
A longtime holiday tradition returns when Bethel Presbyterian Church hosts its 52nd Holiday-A-Fair on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a. m. to 3 p. m.
The event features a variety of craft and specialty vendors, a popular salad buffet complete with the church’ s signature chicken salad, homemade desserts, gift baskets and baked goods.
Sponsored by the church’ s Women’ s Association, proceeds benefit numerous local and international ministries including SHIM, Brothers Brother Foundation, Meals on Wheels and the Western Pennsylvania Diaper Bank.
UPPER ST. CLAIR- BETHEL PARK BREAKFAST ROTARY FARMERS MARKET
The Upper St. Clair-Bethel Park Breakfast Rotary Farmers Market is open every Tuesday through Sept. 24, from 3 to 7 p. m., in the Westminster Presbyterian Church parking lot, 2040 Washington Road.
Visitors can shop for fresh produce, baked goods, specialty foods, flowers and handcrafted products while supporting local farmers, artisans and small businesses.
Beyond providing a weekly gathering place for the community, the market serves as an important fundraiser, helping the Rotary Club support local nonprofit organizations and community initiatives through its commitment to“ Service Above Self.”
ROTARY NIGHT OF GIVING CELEBRATES COMMUNITY IMPACT
The Upper St. Clair-Bethel Park Breakfast Rotary Club celebrated another successful year of service during its annual Night of Giving, awarding more than $ 60,000 in grants to 30 local charities.
The grants were made possible through the club’ s fundraising efforts, led by the annual Chicken BBQ, which has raised over $ 80,000 with support from local sponsors and volunteers. Since the fundraiser began, the club has contributed more than $ 1 million to charitable causes.
This year’ s grants will help nonprofits expand food assistance programs, provide essential equipment, support families and children, assist individuals experiencing homelessness, and fund services for survivors of human trafficking.
The evening event highlighted the Rotary’ s ongoing commitment to improving lives throughout the South Hills and surrounding communities.
GARAGE SALE IN THE PARK!
Treasure hunters can shop dozens of sales at the Bethel Park Business Association’ s Garage Sale in the Park on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 9 a. m. to 1 p. m.
Along a section of Industrial Boulevard, approximately 30 garage sales will offer bargains, while several businesses in the industrial park will host their own sales on-site. A food vendor will also be available, making it easy to spend the morning browsing for unique finds.

KEEP WRIGHT’ S ALIGHT CONCERT
Enjoy an evening of classic country music at the Keep Wright’ s Alight Concert on Saturday, Aug. 22, at 7 p. m. at Wright’ s United Methodist Church, located at 788 Venetia Road.
The concert is titled“ Cash Only and Friends,” offering audiences timeless hits made famous by Johnny and June Cash, The Judds, the Carter Family, and other country legends.
A $ 25 donation is requested at the door and may be paid by cash or PayPal, with proceeds benefiting the church. ■
