MODULAR DESIGN
Similar to design of our bin, we want to use a modular design for the cart so the cart can
cater to different conditions and needs of the collectors.
There are two components in the design. The first component is the main body of the
cart that can be used independently while the second component is an add on that can
be attached to the body based on needs for example during busy hours when heavier
waste loads are expected.
HANDLE FRAME
Handle will be wrapped with ergonomic
cushion which increase comfortability and
easy handling The frame of the cart is made up of high
quality steel. It is light weight and durable
which enables it to be moved around
easily, It is also extreme weather resistant
of Hong Kong and can carry garbage more
steadily (250-300kg)

BODY WHEELS
The cart is foldable enabling collectors to
fold them up for storage. Currently, they
just put the carts in quiet areas of streets. The back wheels are oversized while the
front wheels can be moved 360 degrees
for easy navigation
