recycles
• He knows its not good to use plastic, so he is trying to buy less
plastic bottle drinks now
• Never actively search for related information
• Not aware of recent changes of bins
ACTION
Cigarette Butts
• If he couldn’t see any bins around, he will throw on ground (10
steps ahead is max)
• If his friends throw on ground, he will just follow
• 20% of the time will just throw butts on the ground
Garbage
• He seldom use the garbage bins on the street, only once every
2-3 weeks mainly food packages and water bottles
Recycling
• He separates plastic bottles and paper only at home and put
them at the stairs outside his flat for cleaners to collect. He
doesn’t know what they do with them afterwards. He never ask
THINKING & FEELING
• How his peers see him is his main drive. He just follow their action
and does want to be an outlier
