rewarding healthcare careers ( with a primary emphasis on nursing ) and helping people of all ages and in a variety of settings such as hospitals , clinics , and schools .
The FNSNA 3M Littmann Leadership Development Grant was impactful to both nursing students and high schoolers interested in nursing . It gave SU- SNA members opportunities to cultivate and apply leadership skills while promoting nursing as a career pathway of choice for high school students . We are eager and excited to continue promoting nursing and Shepherd to the wider quad state region . We need more nurses , and more nurse leaders . Based upon our positive experiences , we strongly encourage other SNA chapters to apply for future FNSNA leadership development grants . You ’ ll be glad you did !
