A Force for Positivity A common thread among the # BCENInstaCrew and so many nurses on Instagram is the focus on positivity in nursing . We aim to inspire and support excellence , and we invite engagement . And , at the end of the day , the message is always to stay motivated , stay encouraged and be confident in the care you provide .
So , if you decide at any point to pick up the mantle as a nurse Instagrammer ( and maybe you already have ), you can be a force for good for your colleagues and peers . Whatever your nursing niche happens to be , you can end up touching a community well beyond that , and even inspire the next generation of nurses .
