more important for P&S, as the brand was only
launched recently. Last year we produced five
POSM sets for display in cabinets and 10 types

On 7 September, the P&S brand team
summed up the outgoing fiscal year's per-
formance by unveiling a new brand philoso-
phy – Make Your Day.
P&S is one of the youngest and most dy-
namically developing brands in our portfo-
lio and one of the fastest growing brands
on the Russian market. P&S is not just
high-quality, reasonably priced tobacco.
It is the philosophy of the new time – pas-
sion and inspiration, drive and indepen-
dence that allow you to see the world in
a different light. P&S understands like
nobody else that we cannot have the best
days in our lives through chance. We create
them ourselves, adding more excitement
and diversity to our lives, and thinking of
new ideas to get out of the routine to make
every day fun and eventful.
Following these guidelines, P&S conceived
the Make Your Day philosophy and proud-
ly presented it to its colleagues. For one
day the office was transformed into picnic
grounds giving each member of the Mos-
cow office team a chance to spend his or her
working day in a different way. Cozy green
areas were set up in the office space to hold
business meetings, discuss new ideas or
simply to spend the afternoon in a natural
environment in the middle of a huge me-
tropolis.
Each employee could take part in the
theme-based photo contest "P&S#MYD:
Make Your Day together with P&S." There
was more than enough space for display-
ing artistic skills: a hallway decorated with
fresh flowers, a coffee point and green
areas around reception and a green lawn
with comfortable chairs next to the kitch-
en. Savoring a cup of coffee in the kitch-
en, everyone could become immersed in
a world of virtual reality making a thrill-
ing, thought-provoking journey to various
parts of the globe.
This extraordinary day ended with a party
on the terrace, where colleagues could chat
informally, celebrate our success, and be
reminded that every day can be an exciting
and exceptional experience in a great com-
pany with P&S.
