PROMISING FUTURES
Support from the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation drove the launch of Promise Baby and You, a new initiative of Promise Partnership Utah. Designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 0-3, Promise Baby and You provides essential parenting skills while fostering a strong community of support in South Salt Lake and Millcreek, where nearly 5 % of the population is under age 5. Promise Baby and You further connects families to vital resources, including mental health support, school readiness assessments, and other developmental tools.
BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF UTAH COUNTY
In 2024, the Boys & Girls Club of Utah County recognized the need to rebuild its Provo clubhouse, a community fixture since the 1960s that provides essential programming for children ages 3-18. The Miller Family Foundation contributed $ 250,000 to support this effort, ensuring the Clubhouse remains a vital space for 200 – 300 kids each day. The new facility will also serve as the headquarters for all Club programs and services, enabling staff to support more than 90,000 individuals.
