MAUI STRONG FUND
The grandchildren of Larry and Gail Miller led a collective effort to donate $ 330,000 to the Maui Strong Fund . Members of the Miller family also visited the island of Maui and the organizations their funds supported .
During their visit to the island , Aaron and Madelaine Anderson , both third-generation members of the Miller family , met with the Hawaii Community Foundation , the Maui Food Bank and the Pacific Birth Collective .
UTAH ’ S HOGLE ZOO
Thirteen-year-old Eloise Hawks participated in the Miller Legacy Project by helping fund a new air conditioning system in the polar bear exhibit at Utah ’ s Hogle Zoo . The Miller Family Foundation , under the direction of Greg and Heidi Miller ( Eloise ’ s grandparents ), provided an additional $ 60,000 to cover the costs of the polar bear exhibit renovations .
