Firefighters from Rabun and White counties, Georgia Forestry Service, and The Lee Arrendale Fire Brigade came together to extinguish the flames that engulfed the commercial chicken house in Batesville, Georgia. Due to the remote location of the chicken house, the terrain complicated extinguishing efforts and tanker trucks filled with water were called in from Rabun and White counties.
