On Friday October 11th, participants in the Rescued Dog Program at Colwell Probation Detention Center received graduation certificates.
First Lady Marty Kemp served as the Keynote Speaker. Everyone involved enjoyed watching the dog's perform their new skills, the men's testimonials, and their rendition of Darius Rucker's song, "Wagon Wheel."
