Toles now sits on the board of the National Braille Association and is lending a helping hand to give
others a chance at a career in braille.
“It’s been a blessing to me, and I just try to pass on that blessing as much as possible,” says Toles.
He says it’s a win-win all around by helping GDC braille programs, assisting CIDI with production, and
giving former offenders a chance at starting a career in braille helping others.
