Offenders from Phillips State Prison and Arrendale State Prison were able to enjoy a beautiful wind ensemble from University of Georgia Students.
Offenders are working hard to earn their GED’s throughout the state. So far in fiscal year ‘20, there have been 820 offenders who have completed coursework needed to graduate.
