Terms Unless otherwise negotiated customers who have established credit with Airfast Distributors Ltd. will receive terms of net 30 days from the date of the invoice. All NSF cheques will be charged a $ 25 handling fee. New Account terms will be C. O. D. until credit applications have been approved.
Payment Options Payment options include: on account( O. A. C.), credit( Visa or MasterCard), debit card, cheque, bank transfer and cash.
Pricing Price fluctuations are a common and necessary element of business. Airfast Distributors Ltd. will provide 30 days note for all price increases.
Freight Policy Customers are to ensure that Airfast Distributors Ltd. has record of your business hours and preferred delivery times.
Prepaid freight minimum of $ 400 within the Lower Mainland and $ 1500 outside the Lower Mainland. Customers are required to inspect each shipment at the time of receiving for damaged product and / or shortages.
