Meet Author Terri Brown
Meet Terri Brown resides in Hampton, Georgia, but is
from New York City. Terri is born one of seven children
to Louis Brown and the late Marie Brown. She worships
at United Kingdom Apostolic Ministries in Locust Grove,
Georgia. She is currently attending Point University
earning a BA in Human Relations. “My hear t is to inspire
others through my gift for writing . . . bring wholeness
and healing to families who have gone through or are
currently experiencing the devastating effects of divorce.
If exposing my pain, mistakes and failures can help save a
family from the heartache of divorce, then my labor will
not be in vain.’’

Author Terri Brown from Hampton, Georgia

Terri gives back to the youth of her community, by
participating and volunteering in youth programs in her
community. She also gives back by assisting families who
have been displace (homeless) because of a separation or
divorce, by helping them find shelter and by assisting
them with food.

Having experienced at an early age the trauma and the effects of separation and divorce she began to
have a passion and a heart for families. Longing to have a family of her own one day, she grew up with
the mindset that hers would be different. Not knowing that it takes more than just a mindset, but that it
takes a lot of wisdom, a lot of knowledge, a lot of patience and a lot of love to have a successful
marriage and family. And because of her lack of some of these she too would experience what she saw
displayed in her childhood.
Now having gained knowledge and wisdom, through experience, and by having conferences for those
who are separated and divorce also by currently being enrolled in a higher education institution to obtain
a degree in family and marriage counseling, she is on a worldwide mandate to share practical and
biblical solutions to stop the plight of separation and divorce.
As a result of her failed marriage she has been given a mandate to create a platform where the “Voice”
of the man can be recaptured, thus she has established Touchdown Marriages “A Place Where a Man has
“THE VOICE.”
