on th e road to a healthy lifestyle sacrifices must be
made and I suggest weaning yourself off these
products. If you can’t afford to do so cold turkey,
replace one of your favorite products for a healthier
less chemically laden alternative or go old school and
bake your own snacks if you must have them.
Ignorance is bliss, but people perish for the lack of
knowledge and now armed with the proper arsenal to
make healthy decisions for your family you can truly
make better more informed healthy choices for them.

I would strongly advise any family to stay away from
the above ingredients at all cost or at the very least
severely limit them in your diet. I realize this first may
come as a shock to many families as well as dismay
when they find that many if not all of their favorite
foods contain many of these additives. My only
suggestion for that would be to limit the foods as best
you can to a very rare occurrence in your diet and try to
shop the perimeter of the grocery store which is where
many of the whole foods and one word ingredient
foods which are the best for you i.e milk, apple or
lettuce. I understand that this can be a big change but

highly scrutinize its purchase especially if there are
chemical names.

where all the healthy food is.
4. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup, food
dyes and artificial sweeteners.
5. Buy organic and 100% natural whenever
possible.
