The news of Whitney
Houston’s death was a major
shock for me! However I refused
to make it a sad moment for me.
Instead I decided to be grateful
that I could share in the
e erien e o her ast fi
ot
many people at my age can say
that they’ve met a legend such as
herself, let alone work with her!
My entire family gathered and
watched her home going service
as if we were there. My prayers
still go out to her family and
riends and I an say first had
that she as an
I
woman. She went out of her way
on set to a e
on
set feel welcome.

This journey was one
that I never imagined for myself.
I didn’t really have the courage
to truly believe in myself until I
worked with so many amazing
people who were just like me
when they started out. Their
stories and advice gave me the
strength I needed to go and get
my dreams instead of waiting on
them to come to me. I WILL
achieve my destiny!
