TABLE OF CONTENTS Lyford Cay International School (LCIS) is a non-profit, international day school founded in 1962, located in New Provi- dence, The Bahamas. LCIS is one of only 36 schools worldwide to offer all four programmes of the prestigious Interna- tional Baccalaureate (IB) Organisation; the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP) and the Career-Related Programme (CP). In addition, the school also has an Early Learning Centre (ELC) for children starting at 18 months old. The school is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and holds a Green Flag from the Eco-Schools Programme.
