KPI'S
To keep track of how successful my collection is, I will measure the footfall of the store, measuring the footfall will help me determine whether the collection has drawn people into the store since it has been launched. I will measure the footfall of all the stores around the UK and find the range. If the footfall decreases, it will allow me to revaluate my collection and see what I can do to improve and generate more sales. When looking at the recent footfall I will have to take into consideration factors that could mean the footfall is low, such as bad weather conditions or public transport strikes.
When the new collection launches, E Receipts will be introduced into all of the Lipsy London stores. E receipts are an effective way to keep record of what customers have recently purchased and will allow Lipsy to keep updated with what is the more popular items with their customers. Similarly, to measuring the footfall of the store, E receipts allow Lipsy to know how many of the people who entered the store actually bought something. Once a customers email is on the system this means Lipsy can email the customer with updates about new collections and deals.
