immigration medical exam las vegas immigration medical exam las vegas | Page 5
When you come to our medical facility in Las Vegas
and request an immigration exam, a qualified doctor
will see you and test you for infectious diseases such as
syphilis, which is done via a blood test right there at the
doctor’s office, and tuberculosis, which is performed in
two parts.
In addition to the diseases tests, your USCIS doctor here
at Partida Corona Medical Center will also check if you
need to get more immunizations in the case of an
incomplete vaccinations form. These immigration
physicals also require x-rays to patients over the age of
15. Children under the age of 15 are normally not
required to get them, though.
At the end of the
examination, the doctor
will ask you to sign Part
1 of Form I-693. He will
also sign the form and
seal it. Be sure not to
open
the
sealed
envelope and mail it
straight to the USCIS.
