In spring she wears a new dress,
of a million freshly bloomed flowers
She sings a song of newness
In the dew of April showers
In the summer time she is charmed
by the sun’s healing kiss
And is blessed and truly warmed
by all of life’s refreshing bliss
And in autumn she seems to venture
To find vibrance to match all
Of the magnificent magical colors
That make up the moods of fall
And finally when the earth is resting
Beneath a blanket of white
And when All is calm and nesting
In the long, cold winter’s night
