There are basically 3 shades of red; blue red, orange red and deep red. Women with fair skin, look great in shades such as nudes in a slightly apricot shade, pinks and light corals. These will be your orange reds. Stay away from browns, which will make your lips appear dull. Medium skin tones look great in mauves, roses and berry colors or your blue reds.
