The phrase is in many ways the embodiment of Tibz’s work ethic. The album itself is the collaboration between Miller, ShowLove Music and Motif Records. It features household names such as Cassper Nyovest, Reason and HHP as well as some of the country’s biggest producers. Let’s all say it together – MOGUL IN THE MAKING. Although Tibz shows respect towards us mere mortals, who are stuck working the eight to five grind. He maintains the belief that the value of entrepreneurship in relation to South Africa’s economy is of great significance, he encourages young people to venture into private enterprise to counteract unemployment, “whatever field you are in, you should eventually aspire to own the business or venture out on your own.” The importance of young people as pioneers shouldn’t be understated. Entrepreneurship is crucial, but more importantly, instead of venturing into saturated fields, young people need to be creative in their business choices. Motsoane is a notable example of what can happen when merging personal passion with drive and originality.
