s the year kicks off, it usually
indicates a time where most of
us have vowed to better our lives.
We want to be happier, drink
less alcohol or spend more time with
family. And of course, the infamous vow
most often broken – to lose some weight.
However, by the time March draws closer,
people are already over their resolutions.
We can blame this on many things, but
ultimately it all boils down to motivation.
