illiterate in the country. They claimed
the lack of understanding when it
comes to technology could have a
severe impact on election results.

is so easy and intuitive that illiterate
people can use it without any issues.
Regardless of this, a movement in the
country sought to find a compromise
of sorts in order to ‘ease’ people into
the use of this new system – achieved
through a dual system using both
electronic and regular ballot counting.

The only issue would be financing
