they are currently generating funds
for the next two. And the benefit
goes both ways. Think, for example,
how school children in Sedona or
other U.S. cities can benefit from
sharing with these strong children
in Burundi who know firsthand the
true costs of war. That’s peace building in action.
International Cities of Peace
have begun helping in small but
energetic ways by connecting
resources with worthy and much
needed care and support efforts. We
thank Sedona for being part of this
process. In many parts of the world
a little goes a very long way. Please
consider donating to the Global
Family Program. All donations come
back with a verifiable receipt.
But remember too that this
is about much more than money.
Individuals and Cities of Peace can
offer their time, talent, knowledge,
influence and voice to communities
in need everywhere and in return
often receive far more than they
have given. Together we can be
compassion in action.

Climb the mountains and get
their good tidings. Nature’s peace
will flow into you as sunshine
flows into trees. The winds will
blow their own freshness into
you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop off like
autumn leaves. As age comes on,
one source of enjoyment after
another is closed, but Nature’s
sources never fail.
