Hello Mrs. Johnson,

On August the 10th, I came to your department to have a CT scan. Unfortunately, I came on the wrong day. Rather then turn me away, Alicia Roberts was eager to see if she could create a way for me to be seen that day. With a smile she left her chair and disappeared. She anxiously returned with the good news that I could be send in short order. While waiting to be called, a Brittany Wallace arrived to secure additional insurance information. She was also very helpful.

Once the CT scan was completed, I asked Alicia for her full name and the name of her immediate supervisor. Thus, the receipt of your name and address. I write to you as it is rare these days to have someone willingly tackle an assignment that one surely does not have to take on. Particularly, when all of this was 100% my fault. Alicia was extremely polite and professional. She was there to assist a patient who had a problem. I congratulate you on hiring such people as Alicia Roberts.
