Maria comes to us from Liver Transplant at Johns Hopkins East Baltimore Campus, where she spent the past 11 years assisting our patients. She is anxious to begin a new chapter with Johns Hopkins Imaging at White Marsh as PSC Team Lead.

Please join us in welcoming Chrysalis Lee, new Core Services Specialist to the Radiology Customer Service Team.
Prior to Radiology , she worked as a Customer Service Coordinator for Johns Hopkins Billing and as a Patient Service Representative and Insurance Verification Coordinator at Advanced Radiology.
Chrysalis: “Some people describe me as reserved, quiet, and boring and I am. However, I am also kind, approachable, and helpful-willing to provide assistance whenever needed. My name Chrysalis is unusual but it’s one of the many stages in the development of a butterfly. I’m a New Year’s Eve baby who hates winter. My ultimate desire is to live on a Caribbean Island.”

Hi, my name is Karen Tyner. I was previously employed by Johns Hopkins. I’m returning back after a year from The University of Maryland Proton Treatment Center as a Registration Coordinator. I am excited about coming back home. I have previous experience in Claims, Appeals and Grievance, Patient Access, Patient Service Coordinator and as a CNA. I In my spare time I like to read, spend time with family and listen to music.
