Q Is it currently mainly only for the F-Class or are there plans for other sizes as well?
The initial launch focuses on bringing the proven Niagara F-Class technology into the mobile market, as the F-Class is one of the most recognised eccentric screening platforms in the industry and provides a clear performance differentiator. As with any new product platform, customer feedback and market demand will help shape future developments. The eccentric technology itself is highly scalable, so the launch of ECCENTRAX creates opportunities to evaluate additional configurations, capacities, and applications over time. However, the current focus is on successfully introducing and supporting the F-Class-based platform.
Q In mining, do you see it as being applicable across ores and industrial minerals?
Absolutely. One of the strengths of eccentric screening technology is its versatility across a wide range of materials and operating conditions. The ability to maintain a defined stroke and consistent material acceleration regardless of feed load makes ECCENTRAX particularly attractive in applications where throughput fluctuations can negatively affect conventional mobile screens. We see strong potential across metallic ores, industrial minerals, aggregates, and other demanding screening applications. It is also well positioned for difficult-to-screen materials when paired with advanced screening media solutions.
Q Is the 30 % more capacity based on testing by Haver or at a customer site or both?
The 30 % figure originates from the proven performance characteristics of Niagara’ s eccentric technology compared with conventional mobile screening approaches. The value is based on a combination of engineering analysis, field testing, and decades of experience with eccentric screening systems operating in demanding applications. Actual results will vary depending on the material, feed characteristics, operating conditions, and application. Q Will it have a higher cost than a standard drive mobile screening unit? In terms of the mobile plant itself that the screen sits on, would Haver be able to offer the mobile solution complete or will you work with strategic partners in that sector?
