This is programmed via the INTELLilight App for smartphone / tablet , alternatively it can be built into the machine using the TYRI Gateway which communicates via CAN-bus and is added to the machine ’ s operator interface as a factory option . “ When you work with TYRI to develop lighting for a machine , we do the light simulations based on your machine design . We spend a lot of time on light simulations in order to get a smooth light distribution with a uniform illumination level in the work area for the machine in question . Reflections from the bucket , other vehicles or snow can easily blind the operator . The light sensor can automatically or manually adjust the light for a better and safer working environment . “ Use the app or remote control to group and regroup an indefinite number of light sources in a wireless mesh network for perfect lighting in every unique working situation .” The light sensor also actively detects light from reflections or approaching vehicles , automatically dimming the lights so as not to blind the operators .
For OEMs TYRI says its lighting simulations can be made both for customised products as well as for standard products . It uses customer specific 3D data to create a simulation ” that helps TYRI understands that as an OEM you have a vision of how your machinery will look and perform . We will work with you to ensure our lights complement both your design and functionality . Creating a practical and robust machine does not mean you have to compromise on style over performance .”
TYRI produces these simulations in-house , using specialist Infrastructure software , giving lighting customers a unique insight of how the light will perform on the machine .
HELLA expands its S-series work lamps
The automotive supplier HELLA , operating under the umbrella brand FORVIA , has presented new work lamps of the S-series . These are optimised versions of existing work lamp families . After the introduction of the first work lamp of the S- Series in the summer of

last year , the series has been continuously expanded . Today , in addition to the Module 70 , Power Beam and Module 90 , the Ultra Beam S- Series with 4,400 lumens is also available . In addition , the Power Beam S-Series is now available in different illumination versions .
Further additions are planned for 2024 , such as the Oval 100 S-series ( in 1,000 lumen and 1,850 lumen versions ). The Modul 70 reverse lamp will also be available as an S-series .
