RESEMIN , also based in Lima , says its SFL 35 is the narrowest LHD on the market , offering more flexibility in narrow sections . It has already had success in the Mexican narrow vein mining market where the machines are supplied via Mexican Cat dealer Madisa Cat . The SFL 35 is based on one of the original Schopf designs to which RESEMIN acquired the production rights outside of Europe back in 2017 and it has since added its own technology and updates to the basic model . The SFL 35 comes with extremely robust articulated hinge frame , Kessler axles , cooled Posistop brakes and Clark transmission . The machine has a width of 1.4 m and tramming capacity of 3.5 t , “ ideal to raise your productivity without the need of increasing your gallery sections . The chassis and articulation are designed for the toughest applications , in order to allow high availability with longer life time .”

The company states : “ The Koutzi UG mine is operated by electric and battery powered equipment for an immaculate ‘ green ’ performance . In addition , remote control mechanical excavation of ore & waste eliminates the use of explosives ’ resulting in favourable ventilation conditions and a safer , healthier work environment for our miners .” The mine ’ s annual production capacity is 50,000 t run of mine ore out of an estimated 11 Mt of reserves . “ That means at least one hundred years of top-quality magnesite flow , guaranteed . It also points to a champion of sustainability and environmental responsibility – Grecian Magnesite at its best .” Battery and electric equipment used at Koutzi includes an Aramine L140B battery electric miniloader . The L140B has a 1 to 2 t capacity depending on the bucket type used ( 0.6-0.8 m3 ) and the material density . It uses two robust battery packs , in waterproof stainless steel boxes , with charging cooler and integrated charger . Unlimited operation of the machine is possible by changing battery modules , thanks to an exclusive patented system . The rechargeable battery power offers a purer and safer working environment . The chassis and articulations are designed for the toughest application , in order to allow a high availability with a longer lifetime . Moving to Turkey and Izmir , Talpa Mining offers the LE 110 battery powered narrow vein loader , it says providing a safer environment even in the toughest conditions . It has a width of 1.25 m and a tramming capacity of 1 t . Its lithium battery takes two hours to charge for 4-6 hours of work or it can be swapped in 20-30 minutes . It has a maximum loaded speed of 7 km / h , with the driveline having a specially designed gearbox and oil cooled Dana axles . The rear axle is mounted on an oscillation frame with 16 ° ( 8 degrees in each side ).
GHH strengthens offering with LF-10 NEO
With GHH ’ s drive to constantly provide customers with mining equipment that maximises productivity while complying to latest legislative , regulatory and safety requirements , it says it is strengthening its offering with the latest edition to the GHH family , the LF-10 NEO , which will be launching in Q4 this year , replacing the well-known LF-10 . The LF-10 NEO is a powerful 10 t loader , with a 4.6 m 3 standard bucket . At 9.6 m in length , 2.3m in height and 2.6 m in width and good ground clearance , this loader has a high installed power of 240 kW . The CE-certified LHD is designed to operate in ambient temperatures of up to 52 ° C and is available in Tier 3 , Tier 4 Final and Stage V .
