I also really liked the ability to work one on one with an OT practitioner on my resume; I was given tips and suggestions to make sure that when I apply for jobs in a few months I am much more prepared than I was prior to the student conclave. Ultimately, I feel that my experi- ence at the ILOTA Student Conclave was a great opportunity for professional development for myself, and an experi- ence that I will take with me into my own practice within the next few months. More than anything, though, I am more excited than ever to be a change agent in the OT world, and I look forward to becoming more involved in ILOTA in order to inspire future OT and OTA students with the passion that the student conclave gave me this year!
