to broach the same subject with
Garbage chanteuse Shirley Manson.
And they have no idea that it's a delicate
one. "People ask me this all the time," she
growls. "So – you've made a record and
you're about to go on tour. But what
other projects do you have going on?'
People have no fucking idea what goes
into making a record! They have no fucking idea what it takes to get a band up
and out onto the road! It's crazy!"
Conversely, the singer adds, not pinpointing any pop star in particular, "I see
young artists being asked, ‘So, what else
are you doing?' And they're like, ‘Well,
